Really like all the details you put in there. Awesome...also you could see a message there ...you know...all the signs, the flies, triangle, heart ....and then the gun directed to One's Self... yeah...Original. =o)
Yet, there is one thing you might wanna work on...'the heart' ? First thing...it is not up there...LoL... and the second thing, maybe you can work on the shadows and lights...to make it look like it is really ripped open... =o)
